Phone interview, competency and motivational questions. Essentially surrounding the motivations and ambitions for me joining, including my interest in tech, business and sales. It was a relatively straightforward interview which focussed on my motivations for joining

1. Tell me a time you received negative feedback and how did you handle this?
Terrible interview process. After several steps (10+ interviews, 2 days of take-home case study, and a panel presentation in front of 12 people), I made it to a final round interview, and was ghosted.
Quite extensive and difficult.
Multiple rounds and the gap between the rounds was also quite big
Overall a positive experience and learned quite a lot from the hiring managers. Would really like to interview again

Was ghosted by them, I did not ever hear back after the completion of my interview which I think is a a little rude for a company to do when I took time out of my day to interview with them.
