I only had one day of interview but it was in 4 sets. One with all 3 people, then each interview with one person each, from the earlier 3-person panel.

Phone screen, followed by longer interview with Design head on the phone. This was followed by an on site interview. This really was a great experience and I learned a lot from it, but I just didn't get it.
