Interview
Phone interview. They were two interviewers and they were friendly. I suggest you to google "Most frequently asked questions during interview" to prepare the interview. The interview lasts for around 25 minutes. They explained two positions which are Equipment and Process Engineer and requested me to choose one. A week later, I received call to proceed for 2nd stage interview.

Interview
The interview process is a mess. I understand Micron is expanding but I have been in this situation several times where I was ghosted by Micron. To validate this, I also checked it with atleast 2 other colleagues including a manager who had similar experience. Ultimately, the worst thing is they interviewed me atleast thrice in a span of one year but never gave me an offer. Even now after repeated follow ups, my application is still under review.

Great, they clarify the job responsibility clearly. They are really friendly and genuinely interested in knowing the candidate competency. There is 1 Senior Engineer and 1 Manager for round 1. A 1 on 1 interview with the Director for round 2.
