Applied through a recruiter on LinkedIn and then directly got an email from the HR scheduling for Interview. Two-person took the interview on the Zoom video call. After a short review of the department directly went for the technical questions.

Technical interview - textbook questions, questions were very relevant to the position but too bookish.
Manager seemed nice. Team members were interested in my previous experience and my research interests. The whole process took only 2 weeks.
