Interview
A logic test at the beginning, and 3 rounds of interview, from manager, senior manager to director. They let you know a lot about how tough it is going to be, how much you have to OT and make sure you are really ok with that before hiring you. Offered job on the spot and signed contract on the same day.

Question 1
Why should we hire you? Typical HR questions. And also ranking from 1-3 what you think is most important of a job.
It lasted for an hour and asked questions about self-introduction, work experience, and problem-solving experience. In particular, I asked deeply about the process experience. Also, interviewers require expertise and creativity.
Their mass interview was very structured and systematic. Each location has a purpose, whether it's to wait, or listen to a briefing. It feels very orderly, like something you'll experience during a well-structured exam.
