I've been through a lot of interviews in my life, but this was by far the worst. The interviewer would sigh, do something else when I spoke, ask inappropriate questions and question everything I said, even the names of my former colleagues for no reason. Then, inappropriate questions about my skin color and my origins, in short, RUN. Needless to say, I was ghosted after the interview.

How is it that you express yourself well despite your origins? (I am supposed to express myself badly in my native language because of my origins?)
Notified the recruitment team of a medical emergency politely before the interview. Instead of being decent human beings and sending at least a follow-up email, I never heard back and my polite request to change the interview date immediately to the day after is completely ignored. Beware, a huge red flag for a toxic work environment. J'ai informé poliment l'équipe de recrutement d'une urgence médicale avant l'entretien. Au lieu d'être des êtres humains décents et d'envoyer au moins un courriel de suivi, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse et ma demande polie de changer la date de l'entretien immédiatement au lendemain est complètement ignorée. Attention, un énorme drapeau rouge pour un environnement de travail toxique.
