Interview
Quick and easy. 2 in person interviews and one phone interview. Seemed no nonsense and direct. All 3 interviews happened within two weeks time and was hired at the end of the second week.
I applied online and received an email to set up a screening phone call within the week. After talking with the recruiter I was told I would hear back within a week to set up an interview or would receive an email if I was no longer in consideration, they then proceeded to ghost me.
