Basically already hired before interview process. Job tasks were explained and pay rate was mentioned. Was asked about background experience and operational tasks. You receive a call to set up and interview then you communicate your schedule. Overall a very easy interview process with no added stress.

The interview was conducted out on the sales floor, with the manager at a small folding table set up. The questions were fairly standard for a job interview, strengths, weaknesses, applicable knowledge and experience. The interviewer was friendly and personable while still being professional, and at the end of the job interview I received a job offer and some materials about my new position.
