      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at MiQ in Apr 2021

      Interview

It began with a simple phone interview with softball questions. From here, things went downhill. I was sent a large assessment file, including a presentation and massive excel document that I had to analyze. You have 72 hours to complete this assessment before you send it in, and to my surprise the information in the assessment is the next barrier. I was never told that the content of the assessment could bar my progress in the process. I did move on and 4 days after sending it in, was asked for my availability for the final interview. I had to wait a WEEK to hear when my next interview would be, only to be informed of the time 90 MINUTES before it was scheduled. Icing on the cake, the links to the interviews were not in the email I received and the whole thing was a cluster. The final interview included presenting the information from the analysis. I was asked questions that had nothing to do with the file, and were far far too hard for an entry level job. I would heavily advise you look elsewhere and save yourself time and tons of unpaid work.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MiQ (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2021

      Interview

It consisted of an HR interview. Then you had to complete a huge package to test your skills. They give you a week to get it ready. Then you have to present it to a panel of people. After that, you have a more casual interview with a second panel.
