It was a well conducted interview. The questions were not only geared towards past experience, but also your personality traits.They took their time and did not rush the questions. The office dynamics are great, everyone is friendly and there is no hierarchy. I would strongly recommend interviewing with them, if given the opportunity!

There will be an interview face to face with two senior DBA's. The technical questions will come at you one by one, the senior lead, who has been with the company for several years will want VERY in depth answers. For example "What is a tablespace?" - He will want you to go very deep in what a tablespace is. Once you're done with technical side of interview, you will meet with the manager and he will tell you about the company for about 30 minutes. Then if you are selected to go to the second phase of the interview you will meet with the most senior DBA.
