Interview
I applied online and got a text the next day from one of the managers. It was a store that hadnt been set up yet so they couldnt call me from the store number. I was asked to come in the next day for an interview at the mall and to bring my sin card for the hiring package. I was sure I got the job after hearing that and went to the interview confident and happy. I was interviewed by two managers and another girl was also interviewed at the same time, although I wasnt told someone else would be interviewed with me. The interview was literally all behavioural questions, the interview book even said "mexx behavioural interview". The managers were very nice but the questions were weird and quite difficult to answer so quickly on the spot. The interview lasted a good hour, which was quite long and he told us we would get a text by 7-8 that night if we were hired (the store was opening the upcoming saturday). We were also made to tell our availability and to say what position we wanted most, i chose stock or cashier.I didnt get a text though.

Easy, simple questions about sales and service. Phone call screening going over your work history and how you can help, In person interview. 2nd interview with manager. Sign contract if all goes well.

Interview
I applied online and then I got a call from a manager within a day and did a brief interview about my past experience then I was called in for a in-store interview by a manger. I was hired within a week.
