I applied through the MTA Careers website and received an invitation for an interview approximately two weeks later. The interview was conducted virtually and consisted of a panel of three MTA representatives. During the interview, the panel asked questions related to Quality assurance process, problem solving skills, and how I would handle workplace scenarios.
