Metropolitan Methodist Hospital interview questions

Upon my arrival to meet with the interviewing manager, I was told that the individual was on vacation. No one knew what to do with me. Finally I spoke to a different manager from another department. That manager assured me he would contact the individual I was supposed to meet with, however, I never heard back from anyone. I had to contact the recruiter multiple times to get an update. The managers never contacted me regarding the miscommunication on their part or to reschedule the interview. I didn't get the job, even without being interviewed.
