Metropolitan Cabinets & Countertops interview questions

Horrible experience if I’m honest.I had an interview recently for a maintenance technician.The hiring manager,Katty,canceled the interview 10 minutes before the scheduled time(I was in the parking lot)It was rescheduled for the next day.The interview went well.I received a second interview with Bob,their head of maintenance,and he seemed ok.The interview went well.He had me tour the facility and it’s an impressive operation.However,as explained to me,the workload is piled onto just 2 people(perhaps that’s why they’re hiring 2 techs now?)I was told by the job recruiter,Paramount Placement,that they were offering me a job on the spot.According to Paramount that’s what Katty told them.Well,that turned out to be total BS.I never heard from Metropolitan again.They’re better served without Katty in my humble opinion,she’s unprofessional and aloof.Paramount Placement had issues with her as well.Maybe that’s why these jobs are still posted and unfulfilled?
