The interview process was like an interview it was very productive.
The interview process is a multiple-stage process for hiring new employees. The stages mainly comprise job interviews held either one-on-one, with a group of candidates, or with a panel. Interviews are conducted in person, over the phone or by email, or via video conferencing tools.
They asked basic questions about time management, customer challenges, and co-worker challenges. my availability days, my background and experience as customer service, why they should hire me. my strength and weakness.
Makes you feel comfortable during interview stages. Once accepted, goes through an orientation for you to understand the core values and policies company has in place. Manager greets you and checks up on you regularly to monitor status
