One of the most un professional and unethical company that has been funded by a leading VC in the Silicon Valley. The process of hiring was a shameful experience with no information provided on the interviewing panel and team to the candidate. After few rounds, it was for a candidate to meet the C level executives but after numerous follow ups, it was communicated that the hiring freeze has been imposed. Considering that it does happen with the start up companies which are more living on the edge with funding and their business, a follow up was made in June with a consideration that July forecast for hiring was positive as communicated by the Director of Professional Services. The email and phone tag started with a possible day to meet the team again. Then suddenly, it was communicated that the company does not want to move with no valid reason communicated. The Directors interviewing the candidate started bad mouthing each others group, in 1:1 interview. Clearly indicated that there is no team work or ethics at this company. The entire executive team looks dynamic but has no experience to run a full staffed organization. The office looks like fly by night shop with no infrastructure. The entire team in the US is no more than 40 people and bulk of the work is performed in Bangalore. Advise: Go for ARCHER which is a better product backed by a flagship name called RSA.
