      Release Manager Interview

      25 May 2026
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Metrc in May 2026

      Interview

I spoke with a recruiter on the phone and she was easily the best recruiter I have dealt with in my entire nearly 2 decades of working. She set up a meeting with the hiring manager after that and offered preparation suggestions. I met with the hiring manager soon after and he was a very smart and capable individual who was easy to speak with and knew the business inside and out. The next step was an assignment which was a simple written detail of how I would envision the first 90+ days on the job. Next I met with the hiring manager again, the CTO, and a VP was scheduled to attend but could not make it. Unfortunately the CTO was pulled away in the middle of my presentation l, but this was the last step of the process.
