Methodist Healthcare System interview questions

Standard questions with peer section. Asked about goals, experience, ability to work with others. Asked about company values and what interests you about the unit itself. Lasted about one hour, spoke with director, manager, and a few nurses.

It was a quick interview for mine. Everything went smoothly and after the interview period they call you to let you know about the decision. The staff was comprehending and respectful.
