Interview with State head , then Hr and finally regional/ cluster head . Target related questions regarding current job, experience , strength and weakness questions, situation question like how would you handle angry customer like scenarios

Initially consultant discussed role and location. Followed by meeting with HR, CEO, Director and then HR again. More interested in experience of handling large remote teams across spread out locations. Management and numbers focus through creation and implementation of process.
