I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Metalex in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied for this position and was contacted to see if I was still interested in the position. I had two phone interviews within a span of two weeks - one with the HR representative and engineering manager. I showed enthusiasm even though I would not be offered relocation assistance as made clear by the HR representative I spoke with. The Company did not show courtesy to let me know if I had been rejected or not. After the second interview I received not a single shred of correspondence(been a few months now). I view my time as being wasted and see this as unprofessional. One can only wonder how this company will treat an employee they do hire when they fail to neglect common professional courtesy
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Metalex (Libertyville, IL) in Apr 2015
Interview
Walked around the facility talking with the Director of Engineering. Easy going interview and was not drilled with too many of the typical questions. Called a couple weeks later with the offer.
