Overall took 2wks. first, phone interview -Asked all the typical questions. second, in-person 1hr interview. come prepared and bring your previous work and brush up on reading the blue prints and technical drawings. make sure you understand the industry very well before you go in. make sure you know the background of the owners. knowing the biggest competitors is also a bonus.
