Interview
It is concerning that the CEO, who also serves as a recruiter for the company, has exhibited unprofessional behavior by suggesting interviews be conducted during weekends. Additionally, the lack of feedback on the coding assignment, which was requested as an end-to-end working solution, is disappointing. It appears that the company utilizes interview coding assignments as a means to implement their business use cases, which undermines the integrity of the interview process.
