Interview
I was initially contacted via LinkedIn, and we scheduled a video call. The interview was very direct and focused mainly on reviewing my portfolio and the projects I had worked on. Instead of going through a traditional HR-style interview, the conversation quickly centered on assessing whether my previous work aligned with their current needs.
At the end of the call, I was asked to provide additional examples and go into more detail on some aspects of my work. I was told that, if there was a good fit, we would schedule a follow-up call. However, I did not receive any further communication after submitting the requested materials.

Interview
Initial short conversation with recruiter, a test project (with a time limit of a few hours), interview with a couple of design team members. Everyone was very polite and friendly.
