The CEO was about 45 minutes late for the interview. It took months to get him to respond to a referral.
The questions in the first interview were sort of this bizarre rote regime of going through all the interviewee's previous employers and asking the same exact set of questions. It felt like an interviewing experiment that need to get the kinks worked out.
The technical interview, at a mostly .NET shop, boiled down to (language specific) memory management and gotcha theory and math questions. If you don't know (or remember) C or C++, you probably need not apply. I was openly insulted by the CEO as well during the interview. The worst interview I have ever had.
