MetaCoastal interview questions

Received an email desiring a phone call which was scheduled for the next day. The phone call was with a recruiter at the company who seemed to have no clue what she was asking and was simply reading from a script. At the end of the call, I was told they hoped to move forward with candidates within a day or two. Two full weeks passed with a follow up email ignored, and I received a call back for an in person interview, which was scheduled for two days later. Upon arrival, I was made to wait 15 minutes past my interview time. The interview itself went well, and I was directly told I was the top candidate and ticked all their boxes and would hear back in 1-2 weeks. 4 weeks later, after another follow up email was ignored, I see they have relisted the job again, themselves and with external recruiters, so I guess I wasn't the top candidate after all.
