Meta Statistician/Demographer interview questions

First round interview consisted of questions around survey creation, study design, survey weighting, and walking through how I'd run a survey from beginning to end for a given scenario. I prepared a study document before the interview in preparation which was very helpful, I progressed to the next round but withdrew when I received another competitive job offer.
