I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Meta in Feb 2023
Interview
1. HR background check: - A hiring manager will send you a list of questions, and you respond to them by email. 2. Technical interview: a senior UX research ask you a couple of questions about research plans, questions, methods, etc. 3. On-site interview: I didn't go that far to this step, but I know it will require candidates to do presentations onsite.
