Pleasant interviews, good prep by recruiter. But then suddenly after 5 interviewers, radio silence from the recruiter for months (!). Pinged a few times, never heard back and then .. out of nothing .. recruiter came back and offered a few more interviews and got the role. So strange!

Full day of on-site interviews with peers and managers. Great experience, intense but worthwhile the effort to prepare and engage. Recruiters did a great job helping me feel at ease and comfortable in the setting.
