      I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Clarks Summit, PA) in Apr 2015

      Interview

      Expedited process it only took about 3 weeks from start to receiving an offer. First round was a phone interview pretty straight forward. The second round was a Skype interview with 2 people and it was more technical and had a good amount of tricky questions. After the second round I received an offer 2 days later.

      Overall process was short, 2 behavioral rounds, 1 with the recruiter for the program, 1 with hiring manager, good process, good communication, and people seemed really nice! Be prepared to answer questions on how you handle problems/conflicts and that sort of thing.

      On-campus interview at my university's career services building. Was a basic behavioral interview in a fairly relaxed environment. Submitted my resume a couple months before and was notified that I was a "primary" selected interviewee.
