I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MetLife (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2009
Interview
I am in process, and interviewing with multiple companies. I am impressed with MetLife, at this point, having met with the recruiter and the managing director of the office -- good meetings both. I was given surveys to call friends/family to ask 9 general questions. I was also sent a secure link to enter potential contacts, which I am holding back on, at this point.

hiring was easy and interview quick with minimal issues. wanted to know about who I knew and how many people would be available for me to sell to. wanted to know how much money I would like to make in my first year of employment
I applied through other source. I interviewed at MetLife (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2016
Interview
Great. It was long, and friendly. I felt like I was in conversation with an old friend. We bantered, talked about different subject matters, and discussed the job's duties and requirements.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at MetLife (Albany, NY)
Interview
Easy Interview, behavioral questions. I did receive an offer however it was well after I interviewed for the position and had already taken employment elsewhere. Very enjoyable interview and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and insightful about the business
