I had a very positive experience during the first four interviews; the questions were clear, the interviewers were respectful, and the process felt well structured. Unfortunately, my final (5th) interview was very different. I was provided with an incorrect meeting address, which caused me to arrive a few minutes late despite planning ahead. During the interview, the interviewer made comments about preferring not to work with people from certain cultural backgrounds. As a member of that community, I found the remark inappropriate and concerning.
Overall, the final interview left me feeling that the process lacked organization and consistency, and it raised concerns about professionalism and inclusiveness. Because of this final interaction, I decided to withdraw my application.
