I had several rounds of interviews including a work project. I was rejected with zero feedback given after over 8 hours of interviews and project work. With that much time and work put in, at a director level, they should’ve provided feedback at a minimum.
I applied online. I interviewed at Meru Health in Mar 2021
Interview
I love Meru's company model and the work they are doing - that's what made me apply in the first place. That being said, the interviewing experience lacked care for the candidate. The process included video questions, an interview with a recruiter, followed by an interview with a therapist, then an assignment that they say typically takes 5-20 hours to complete. I've emailed three times over 4 weeks and haven't heard anything back. I invested over 10 hours of my time to not even get an auto generated email response. I would recommend they switch the order and have the hiring manager interview before a time consuming assignment. Perhaps consider the same model with their candidates as those they serve.
