Merseyside Police interview questions

Great, very straight forward and comfortable as I had been a police officer before so knew roughly what they would ask and I was fortunate that the questions cropped up.

Like all police organisation interviews they are based on competency questions and you have to ensure you hit the core credentials for those competencies. Such as leadership - there are a prescribed list of words deemed to effectively demonstrate your leadership skills so they must be incorporated into answers so it’s clear to the interviewer you have hit the mark. There is now an excel test for the analyst posts.
