You hand in your application, get a call a couple days to weeks after reviewing your application telling you what to bring in, the time, who to request, etc. Then you come in talk to a manager in the back. They more thoroughly review your application with you, try to gauge your suitability for the job. Then atleast in my case, let you know if you got the job or not. If you did then they'll tell your a date in the coming weeks to come in for training
