I applied through kijiji, had a phone conversation with the external recruiter.
Soon I was called to go to the office, met with the other account manager and the owners and got the offer on the spot.

Interview
The owner introduced the company and asked several questions regarding your experience, software and there's nothing really tough. I didn't even prepare. But you need to follow up if you really want to get a job as they are all very busy.
