Interview
They have you come in to fill out an application, while you're there they will show you the heavy duty vacuum cleaner you'd have to use while working (which it goes on your back) to see if you still want the job and to probably judge your character in person. I guess if you "'make the cut" they'll offer you to training the day you fill out the application. The trainer completely sucks. She spread rumors to me about the owners which the rumors they were aware of, and they didn't reprimand her for doing so.

Interview
The interview process was very simple, I was offered the job at the interview and started 2 days later. The only questions were about cleaning experience and any scheduling conflicts. I filled out onboarding paperwork at the interview.
Fill out paperwork answer questions and if they like you you will get a second interview. I am assuming the second interview will entail my drug screening and proof of the license and insurance

It was really simple and straight to the point. I was asked why I should be hired and about my previous work experience… just have a conversation do t be nervous
