Merritt Pre-Construction Manager interview questions

Merritt does not have an established interview process and I was ghosted and strung along for a ridiculous amount of time. I participated in a total of five interviews (seven hours of my time + travel) over a span of 12 weeks. None of the people with whom I interviewed ever knew what the next step would be or how many steps there were (I asked each time.) Two of the people with whom I interviewed stated that they would get back to me with the answer to a particular question and neither one did. I was routinely ignored when I contacted them to determine timeline, next steps, etc... I was asked to provide references and to contact each of them to provide a heads-up to expect a call, then no one ever contacted them. I never heard from them again after interview #5 and have still not been informed that I did not get the position. I am left to wonder if they treat their applicants with such casual disregard, how would they have treated me as an employee? I dodged a bullet on this one.
