Merrill Financial Advisor Development Program interview questions

Phone interview, followed by 2 assessments, and lastly an in-person interview with 2 employees. Received an offer a week after the final interview. Background check and fingerprints and that was all.

Hirevue interview, got invited out to NYC for a super day of sorts. Was only an hour long interview but they paid for everything. Very much about getting to know you and talking about the position and if you have any relevant experience. Super informal and easy interview if you have good STAR examples. They said I would find out in two weeks. It has been about a month and a half now and I have even called the recruiter to ask about updates. They said I would know in December. Seemed disorganized and I ended up taking a position elsewhere.
