3 rounds, 1 par interview, 2 case interviews. Pretty smooth but also pretty stressful, mainly talk about your past deal experiences, and come up with a random case to test your abilities

Question 1
What choice will you make if you can go back to 3 yrs ago?
First round is IQ test plus a brief interview on behavioural questions.
Second round is two 1-1 sessions: previous experience, brainteasers, case.
The interview process gave me a very negative impression about the company as all three interviewers behaved very unprofessionally (late arrival for almost an hour, texting& answering phones during interviews, wearing slippers/jeans). Culture is to work crazy hours (12 hours/day is minimum and 15 seems normal).
