Meridian Manufacturing interview questions

Interview with HR manager and Accounting manager was very casual. They started the interview with introductions and about the company and role to put your at ease. There were a few simple interview with a few behavioural questions. Typical questions such as weakness, strengths. Both managers seems very friendly and were reasonable about the start dates.

Applied in person. Formal interview with basic questions. Had a quick reply after. It was a 3 on 1 interview (Regonal manager, production manger, and department supervisor). very positive work environment. A lot of religious folk but always open to civil debate.
