A recruiter reached out to me over LinkedIn. Had an initial interview with the recruiter, then a technical interview, then a remote on-site, which was consisted of 2 hour-long back-to-back interviews, one coding and one system design. Overall, the process went smoothly.

Technical interview (leetcode style) and discussion about your most challenging technical project. You can perform exceptionally well on the interview but still be rejected with little to no feedback, it's beyond comprehension. They're looking for an LLM rather than a human software engineer at this point.
