They started off with a Phone Interview then in-person interview with director. Then you answer a few questions with office employees. The overall interview is simple and very laid back. During the interview they made me take a writing test which was super easy.

Interview
The interview was straight forward and simple. You apply online or through referral and one of the owners will contact you to set up an interview time. You meet at a coffee house; the interview is conversation based. Once you get the job they will send you a powerpoint for online orientation.
