I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mercy (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2018
Interview
Fairly average interview that was behavioral based. They want to understand your character, integrity, and thought process. It’s not an abridged NCLEX session for the new grads, you’ll be fine! Just think of any experiences you have and what you’ve learned from them. In nursing, we must be adaptable and open.

Question 1
When is a time you had to correct a peer and how did you approach the situation with outcome?
Great to work for. Great people to work with. Overall good atmosphere and environment. I didn’t work there for long because of personal reasons not company reasons. Would work for them again if needed
I completed a phone screening with a recruiter first and then the nurse manager of the unit I applied for called me directly. The conversation with the nurse manager was less of an interview and more of an explanation of the unit.

Question 1
Personal experience, strengths/weaknesses, contribution to unit, situational.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mercy (Rogers, AR)
Interview
Recruiter, date set, met with panel, awaited response. Introduced selves, asked about me. Panel set up was intimidating and made me really uncomfortable. It was my first one. I was myself and voiced concerns and asked questions.
