This process involved a "Talent" Telephone Interview and it was exceptional. They asked many questions; there were areas pertinent to me as a person, specific to being a manager/director, also questions relative to my past career history, as well as, my strengths and weaknesses. I found this process to be extremely enlightening. I felt that it gave me the opportunity to see if this was an organization I wanted to work with as well as if I would be a "right fit" for them.
