Included a tour and a laid back atmosphere. Interviewers created a welcome environment and alloweed for three hours afterwards to shadow on the floor of interest. Follwoing hiring, education was paid for and the transition to the floor was seamless!

Interviewed with an HR rep, questions were pretty straightforward about values and how you’ve behaved in various scenarios in the past. Was asked what it means to me to use healthcare as a ministry, which didn’t vibe well with me as a non-religious person. After the interview, toured a couple of units and talked to a couple of nurse managers. A few days later, recieved an offer. Wage was $15/hour base and $15.82 with 5 years experience.
