Got an interview because my brother's girlfriend works there and she pushed my resume. I was called immediately and went in for an interview within a couple of days. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and was very laid back. I would have been hired had a hiring freeze not taken place a few days later.
Interviewed by charge person of dept, in office setting, interviewed by paatient access supervisor, meet other staff , open the floor for me to ask questions, taken on a tour of the floor

As I recall, there was a relatively short phone interview, and then an in-person interview with the center director, which was rather formal in nature, along with a typing test.

The interview questions were of the "Tell me about a time when you....." sort of questions. Right along the STAR format.
Once you fill out the application and upload your resume you must complete a Talent assessment before you will receive an interview. The assessment may take 45 minutes to an hour. Make sure you have time to complete it.
