Weird/bad process. Phone discussion first was mostly ok. And mostly, people were friendly. On site was where the problems happened. I was supposed to meet a leadership person first thing, and he blew me off for unknown reasons, which was unprofessional. The technical interview stuff was very old fashioned, which tastes bad. I am never going to code a sorting algorithm in this kind of job... so why ask me to do so for the interview? I left not wanting to work, there... which was probably for the best because I don’t think they wanted me to work there either.
