Interview
1st Stage – Recruiter Screen
2nd Stage – Chief of Staff Interview (Behavioral)
3rd Stage – 3-Hour Onsite (Final) – Sourcing Exercise (1 hour), Mercor Pitch, Sourcing Review, Interview with Chief of Staff, Interview with Recruiter
The onsite itself was poorly organized. The team was pleasant enough, but looking back, the entire process felt like a waste of time. I drove over two hours for the onsite and wasn't given parking instructions until 15 minutes before my interview — by which point I'd already paid $35 out of pocket. Most of the interviewers seemed disorganized and unclear on what they were even interviewing me for. Overall, I walked away feeling like the time, effort, and money I invested weren't taken into account. To make matters worse, I received a generic rejection email afterward and they ignored my request for feedback. A genuinely disappointing process.

The interview process was disorganized and inconsistent. My initial recruiter call was cancelled two hours before the scheduled time and rescheduled for the following week. After passing that stage, I was invited to a case interview, which was then rescheduled multiple times by different recruiters, creating confusion about the final confirmed time.
On the day of the final interview, I joined the scheduled call on time, but no interviewer joined. I had also spent significant time preparing the case materials provided in advance. I contacted the recruiter multiple times and they never emailed me back.
Overall, the lack of coordination and communication made the process very difficult and the fact they did not respond after I emailed several times was very disappointing to see.
