The interview process was moving quickly. From a scheduled phone interview to an in person interview 3 days later. Was asked to write an article over solar + storage and bring it to the interview. I met 3 team members for an hour long interview and was told that they would contact me by the end of the week. After not hearing back I followed up with the HR personnel and I still had no response. I went on linked in and found they had filled the position. I had asked for feedback on my writing and would have appreciated a bit more professionalism instead of ghosting.
