I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Merck
Interview
Had a phone screen that lasted all of ten minutes. I circled back after a week of hearing nothing and recruiter said still hadn't heard from hiring manager. Rinse, repeat 2 weeks later with same response. I ended up getting a text from the hiring manager to set up a short call then an in person interview. A five hour panel interview by 11 people total each group got 45 minutes of my time. It was exhausting repeating the majority of questions. I've never had an interview of that depth for a remedial office job. The next week I received an email stating the closed the requisition and didn't hire anyone due to an upcoming restructure.

Apply, wait for call back, meet with two HR personnel, interview with the manager as well. Due process was an overall good experience. I would recommend working with them. Reach out to them for any job positions.

Interview
It took less than an hr. Embarrassed that the interviewers were wasting both of my time and theirs as whole time of the long interview their questions seemed focusless..not one question what's my strength.
